Extra Curricular Programs FAQ
Do you provide registration forms?
We do provide registration forms. These are sent to the school to be passed out to the students.
What kind of space is required?
A gym or large space is ideal; however, we have programs that fit in classrooms as well. We could also run the programs outdoors during the Fall and Spring sessions.
Who collects the payment?
Usually the school collects payment; however, we are also able to do so upon request.
What ages are Everblast programs appropriate for?
Our programs are great for children aged 5 years old and up. We do recommend keeping groups as close to the same age as possible. For instance: Kindergarten to grade 2 and Grade 3 to grade 6.
Who runs the programs?
Our programs are lead by our highly trained and skilled Play Pros. Most importantly, we only hire people who are passionate about working with children and really know how to connect with them.
How many sessions do Everblast extracurricular program run for?
We usually run programs from 5 to 10 sessions. Of course, we can always combine themes to extend the number of sessions.
How much does it cost?
Cost will depend on the location and number of sessions. Please contact our office for more details.
Are there minimum and maximum group sizes?
Our sessions have between 12 to 20 children. We can attempt to accommodate schools if there are fewer children.
What is your refund policy?
We guarantee satisfaction. If a child does not enjoy their experience after the first session, we will refund their money. However, fun is our specialty – so, this very rarely happens!
